विभिन्न क्षेत्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त कार्यालयों से पेंशन प्राप्त कर रहे बीएचईएल के भूतपूर्व कर्मचारियों को अधिक ईपीएफओ पेंशन के विकल्प/संयुक्त विकल्प के सत्यापन के संबंध में संचार प्राप्त हुआ है। इसका नियोक्ता द्वारा सत्यापन किया जाना आवश्यक है।
इस संबंध में, बीएचईएल पीएफ ट्रस्ट द्वारा अस्वीकृत किए गए भूतपूर्व कर्मचारियों के आवेदन ईपीएफओ से प्राप्त हुए हैं, जिसमें कहा गया है कि प्राकृतिक न्याय के हित में, किसी भी अतिरिक्त साक्ष्य या साक्ष्य को साबित करने या किसी भी गलती/त्रुटि (कर्मचारियों/पेंशनरों द्वारा की गई गलतियों सहित) को सुधारने के लिए ईपीएफओ द्वारा संचार जारी करने की तारीख से एक महीने के भीतर एक अवसर दिया गया है। इस संचार की एक प्रति भूतपूर्व कर्मचारियों द्वारा दी गई ईमेल आईडी पर भी भेजी गई है जिसने कि विकल्प भरा है ।
इस प्रकार, ऐसे पूर्व कर्मचारी जिनके आवेदन को अस्वीकार कर दिया गया है, वे जल्द से जल्द ईपीएफओ परिपत्र संख्या पेंशन/2022/54877/15149 दिनांक 29.12.2022 के अनुसार अपनी पात्रता के समर्थन में बीएचईएल पीएफ ट्रस्ट को, जिसने संयुक्त विकल्प के लिए उनके आवेदन पर कार्रवाई की है; अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज जमा करें ।
उक्त परिपत्र में बताए गए आवश्यक सहायक दस्तावेजों को जमा नहीं करने और पत्र जारी होने की तिथि के 10 दिनों के भीतर संबंधित पीएफ ट्रस्ट से संपर्क नहीं करने की स्थिति में, आवेदन को बिना कोई और अवसर दिए खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।

We are in receipt of communication from various RPFCs from where BHEL ex-employees are drawing their EPFO pension regarding validation of option/ joint option submitted by employee. The same is required to be validated by the employer.
In this connection, applications of ex-employees which were rejected by BHELs PF Trust have been received from EPFO stating that in the interest of natural justice, an opportunity is granted for proving any additional proof or evidence or correct any mistakes/ errors (including those made by employees/ pensioners) within a period of one month from the date of issuance of the communication by EPFO. A copy of the said communication has also been marked to ex-employees to the email id mentioned while exercising the option.
Thus, those ex-employees (exited scheme before 01.09.2014) whose application has been rejected may like to submit the additional documents in support of their eligibility as per EPFO circular no. Pension/2022/54877/15149 dated 29.12.2022 at the earliest to BHEL PF Trust which has processed their application for joint option. In event of not depositing the requisite supporting documents as stated in the said circular and not contacting the concerned PF trust within 10 days of the date of letter, the application is liable to be rejected without giving any further opportunity.
