Payment data pertaining to annual revalidation payment for FY 2024-25 made online by RECHS members between 03.01.2024 to 05.01.2024 in ecare portal has been lost  due to technical snag/system blackout. In order to reconcile the lost data in the system, such RECHS members are requested to get in touch with their respective RECHS Unit and furnish the following documents/details latest by 15.05.2024:

  1. Bank statement (MANDATORY) showing the transaction details and bank A/c details (name, A/c No.)
  2. Specify OPD Type (In-house / Fixed OPD).
  3. Furnish Aadhar and Pan No. of RECHS beneficiaries.
